Our contract ended up being canceled, the company manager apologized, & asked if we were still interested. We agreed to give a second chance, since I really liked the flexibility it allows us by giving monthly payments & the products seem really good.They sent a manager out to assist, Kevin. He explained everything extremely well, I can tell he is extremely interested in his work, Kevin explained everything very well. He took the time to explain the contract to the T. We had questions that nobody could really answer before but he answered them right away & reassured us about everything.I feel like we are in better hands now, & he is open to communication, doesnt make me feel like my questions are annoying or bugging him at all. Great company with knowledgeable employees.UPDATED REVIEW: after meeting with two other roofing contractors, I have found DaBella to be overpriced and very ‘pushy’ about committing to accepting their bid and immediately writing my review. In the time they were in my home, they dropped the price from their original bid by over $20,000 and included some ‘calls for deals’ to their bosses. We were able to get the same quality products and guarantee for $10,000 less. Multiple bids are essential for a major home expense!

The phone guy said that a rep would be able to come by and see the jobsite the next day. On time, Grayson Dunbar showed up to inspect the roof and work up a bid.He went over most everything. I had a lot of questions, about technical stuff as well as the financial part. I was hoping for a much lower estimate, but Grayson went through a lot of trouble to explain the qualitative differences I could expect depending on the amount paid. He did not hard- sell me, and went out of his way to make sure I would have time to get another bid or two before making my final decision. He also made sure with the home office that the pricing he was offering was going to be authorized so I wouldnt be surprised by any hidden costs. You have a very good salesman here!

It was worse than we thought considering how little we know of roofing ourselves. They sat down with us and reviewed the inspection, explained DaBella’s philosophy for roofing and then talked figures with us. My husband and I had been holding off on getting the roof checked due to cost; we were concerned after the hail storm and 2020 inflation that getting a roof replacement was going to be WAY out of our price range for some time.DaBella has several payment and financing options available that helped make a roof replacement be in our price range.
