Comment: We had Crandall Roofing come out and give us a bid for a new roof, and Dan Garibay gave us the bid and it was very reasonable for the price. The appointment to put on the roof was made. The crew got here on time, they did a great job, it only took them 2 days to finish, and they also changed our fascia boards which needed it. They put on new flashing material which I liked cause, I was able to paint the fascia boards without getting any paint on the flashing. They also painted all of the vent pipes on the roof to match the color of the roof. They also cleaned up after themselves.

Comment: Crandall roofing removed old roofing and replaced with 3 inch insulation and new roofing above the insulation. They did this job on an A frame house that using 36 squares of roofing material. Not an easy task.They did the job professionally and with excellent workmanship. The crew was professional and considerate. At the end of the day everyday my property was cleaned up of debris and nails.Crandall addressed any issues I had with the job without question in a very timely manner.Crandall roofing in my opinion is a sound, well manage company with employees that are hard working, very considerate who value their workmanship.Antonio the Crew Leader was the best with and can do attitude with great skills.Yes highly recommended. Comment: We would be happy to submit our recommendation of Crandall Roofing to you for your roofing projects, large and small. Our job was for a large building in downtown Santa Rosa with a flat roof with lots of HVAC units. Crandall’s representative, Daniel Garibay, worked so patiently with us to thoroughly explain exactly what they would do for us, including to repair a couple of bad spots in our previous tar-and-gravel roof, power wash the entire surface, replace blocking under the HVAC units, apply bleed blocking to prevent any tar and oils from the old roof from penetrating the final silicone material, and apply the white siliconized product. Daniel communicated effectively throughout the job and provided many photos of the work in progress through a customer portal. All the workmen were respectful of our building.We had struggled for several years to seal leaks in many spots in the building, without success. We’ve inspected the interior several times after hard rains this winter, and we have been delighted to see no evidence of leaks! Comment: I cannot praise Crandall Roofing highly enough and recommend them without reservation. They were always polite and neat (as one can when tearing off a 20,000 plus square foot roof) They started the job on time and finished it before the expected date (!).They replaced the roof at my horse barn and indoor arena and were careful, neat, and cooperative around the horses. Daniel, who was in charge of our job, checked in regularly and fixed any little thing I asked. Their post -roofing follow-up has also been great. Best thing of all in this very rainy season is that the roof has NO leaks at all! Thank you Crandall Roofing!

Comment: Hello- Very nice representative came to my house timely, polite and ready to provide an estimate for a new roof. He measured, took photos and offered me a complete broushure of Crandalls services as well as materials, warrenties, procedures and safety disclosures. I got his quote- well within our budget and a timeline for work to be started and when it would be completed.We agreed to terms and they started as agreed. They did a 1 day removal of old roof and the the next day to install new roof. The crews were cordial, and professional. The roof was done like they said, area competly cleaned of any debris, and water tight ( rain a few days later- no leaks). We were very pleased and would recomend them to any of our friends who might need a new roof.J Figone

Our phone call was returned quickly and Daniel Garibay, the manager, was able to come out to assess the problem within a couple of days. He was on time, explained everything to us, gave us a quote that day, Daniel helped us design a difficult skylight repair and we were able to schedule the repair. The team of roofers, led by Augustine, were professional and friendly in installing six custom skylights.. They worked efficiently and in a short time we had a skylight that was pleasing in appearance and well built at a reasonable price. The service we received was professional and friendly all the way. Comment: It was a pleasure dealing with Crandall Roofing. Daniel G. was the estimator and project leader. He’s very knowledgeable, professional, honest, courteous and friendly. He ensured all loops got closed, excellent communication skills!At no time did we feel pressured to buy specific items or options, he presented the information well and let us make the decision. The options he suggested seemed well justified to enhance our roof and glad he suggested them.Tony was the foreman and he and his workers were very efficient, we were surprised how quickly the old roof was removed and replaced over two days. They cleaned up the area, so we couldn’t tell they were there, except for seeing the new roof.
