Comment: Chavez Roofing did an excellent job on our roof. I liked the open communication and routine photos and updates that we got. The crew always cleaned up every day before they left so I didn’t have to worry about debris or nails laying around as we have young children. We also had them replace some rotting wood and an old skylight. Would highly recommend!

They had recently done a few houses in my neighborhood so I could see in person the high quality of their work before choosing them to replace our aging roof. The costs were reasonable, communication was prompt, and the crew was punctual, hard working and friendly. All questions were answered almost immediately, and every day I was texted photos of each step of the process. When I wanted to go over the details of the contract in person, Jaime came over that day and answered all my questions. Comment: We contracted Chavez Roofing to replace our Torch-Down Roof and honestly, we couldnt have made a better decision.The entire crew was professional and friendly and were very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. I found them to be honest and up front in what the Roofing Project was going to cost, as well as ensuring we always knew and understood what materials needed to be replaced through numerous pictures via text and email.The days my Roofing project happened were scorching hot in El Cajon, but the crew still worked just as hard as if it was a cooler day (I just hope they took some much needed breaks off the roof to cool down). Comment: We had a major garage leak on our garage and desperately needed roof shingle repair (whole house roof) , Chavez Roofing was very flexible with time and managed to squeeze us in for the garage repair and worked FAST! Two days on the garage and about 3 on the house roof, we got torch down roof for the garage and replaced all the shingles of the home. They kept costs low, didn’t upcharge and also worked out payments! I can’t really say if the roof quality will last 10+ years since we just got it done but I appreciate their warranty certificate just in case something does happen.They are quick to respond and answered ALL my questions, they explained the process and even did a walkthrough with me when I asked.I will also mention that even with their wood charge (which was not on the original estimate, but I was notified it would be added cost BEFORE the job began) their prices were really competitive with other local companies.Pretty glad we went with this company!

Comment: I was in the process of getting a new roof and saw these guys working on a house not far from me. I walked my dog pass the house 3-4 days in a row and was quite impressed how fast they worked and the quality of work so I asked for their contact info. They were about to come in with a quote in a day or 2 and the quoted price was very reasonable. The the job started in 3-4 days and they were done in another 3-4 days.I particularly liked how they communicated with me. Very fast and responsive. I run a small business myself so always appreciate other business that go the extra mile to stand out and these guys definitely did very well. Definitely recommend them if you need a roofer.

Comment: Chavez Roofing Services replaced my home’s 30+ year roof and I couldnt be more satisfied with the results. From my initial call for an estimate, Jimmy was extremely responsive, professional, and helpful in explaining the process and my ongoing weather concerns. Given that I was trying to have a roof replaced during one of San Diego’s wettest Januarys, I was not expecting replacement very quickly. However, I was wrong! Chavez Roofing diligently followed the forecast (accurately), found a few safe days without rain, and was able to complete the entire roof in that time period, saving my concerns about further leaks. The team sent me progress photographs and the finished product was top quality. The team also cleaned up so well after themselves, leaving no debris behind. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs- professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient without forgoing quality.

They guaranteed they would get it done before the next rain and they did. They also did a thorough inspection of the roof and patched additional places as a precaution.
