Comment: When Tesla required us to reroof before installing their solar panels, Chandler was the local representative for GAF whose roofing materials were used. They did the inspection, submitted and credited us the remainder of our warranty, and did the work in a very timely fashion. They also cleaned up after their work daily better than any contractor wa have ever had! We would wholeheartedly recommend Chandler for all your roofing needs!

Comment: We had a long stretch of very old steel gutter that was leaking. Chandlers team did a great job of surgically removing the old gutter, without having to involve the roof--with old houses, which our is, steel gutters are often installed *under* the roofline. Chandlers professionals did a great job of avoiding that expense & hassle. Replaced the old gutter with a seamless new one, that perfectly matches our existing gutters & our new paint job! Matt, the project foreman, was a pleasure to deal with--great communications--and the installers were punctual, fast, courteous & very neat! Like they were never here! 5 enthusiastic stars! Chandlers is fair & they are pros!

Comment: A very professional and thorough roofing contractor. I must hire if you are looking for someone honest that will make sure the right work is done. You can always find the local handyman to fix your roof for a very low price but what happens when there is a lead. My experience was that they disappear with your money and any promise of a warranty. Hire a reputable roofer like Chandlers Roofing.

Comment: I am very happy with my roofing experience with Chandler’s Roofing. I called them in March because I was having severe leaking in my home during the rainy season. They responded immediately and I had 5 other roofers come out to evaluate the roof as well. Chandler’s Roofing customer service and online reviews and ratings stood out over all the others. So I chose Chandler’s Roofing.However, I made the mistake of procrastinating and did not schedule the repairs for many months due to the change in weather and rainy season had past. Fast forward 6 months and an unexpected thunder shower reminded me that I was living with a leaky roof. I spent the entire night empting buckets of water in my bedroom. So the next day I called Chandler’s and reinitiated my previous contract.Chandler’s Roofing made the whole process easy and expedient. They gave me a 6 weeks window before they could put me on the schedule. However I pleased that if they should have any cancellations please let me know ASAP and to my surprise they called the next day to inform me that they did infact have a cancellation and could start the very next day.Chandler’s Roofing contactors we very efficient. They were always on time and were very careful to protect my home and lawn from any damage. I am over the moon impressed with this roofing company and highly refer them to anyone looking for a fantastic roofing repair experience.

Comment: I met with three companies and went with Chandler. Brian (the owner) personally came to do the estimate and I trusted him right away. He did not up-sell the job and told me honestly what he would do if it was his roof (which was 5k less than both the other estimates). I did not only go with him because he was cheaper but because he was a straight shooter. I opted for the 1 year guaranty which the other companies did not even offer. The guys showed up on time and did a great job. I highly recommend Chandler Roofing.

Comment: At first, I thought their bid high but chose Chandlers based on reccommendations and the end product was certainly worth the cost. They started on the day promised and finished almost on schedule; half a day over after two weeks. They have adequate manpower with a four man crew most days and 6 to 8 men on days when needed. George the supervisor is a skilled carpenter with creative solutions to the roof discontinuities where additions joined the original house. They painted the fascia and other boards replaced and cleaned up every afternoon. The neighbors say it looks great and the workers caused fewer noise and parking issues than similar projects on the street.

Comment: The only reason they received 4 instead of 5 stars is because they were so busy that I had to wait more than 2 months before they could do the job. But that was because they are good.Inspection was done by Ricardo quickly and expertly. He was the only roofer, and I called several, who suggested repair and not replacement of the whole roof. The price was right, and everybody I contacted was nice and helpful.I recommend them to everyone.A month ago Chandler did a perfect job replacing damaged wood on my apartment building.Ricardo made sure that everything went smooth and that the job was done correctly.The quality of work was outstanding including matching the color.I would give them 10 stars but you only have 5 available.

Friendly and very knowledgeable, with the high volume of work that Chandlers Roofing has, my schedule date was a month out for installation of a new roof. The staff for Chandler’s Roofing went above and beyond job expectations. For starters, they were very friendly people and extremely personable. Their job performance was very timely and efficient. There was no mess leftover after the completion of the job. Some roofing companies often have a huge mess at the end of a job, whether it be debris, nails on the ground, tiles, etc... but not Chandler’s. The employees cleaned up everything to perfection. I would highly recommend this company to anybody. Not to mention, their price is very affordable. 5+ stars.

Comment: Chandlers Roofing did an incredibly great job removing 2 existing roof layers, replacing damaged lumber and worn sub-strait, and installing a new roof. This job was done in less than a week and the affected work areas were cleaner after installation than before the job start. They could not be more professional in their work or more courteous to our needs. A workman even came by after job completion to do some paint touchups that further enhanced the look of the roof; evidently, the job foreman stopped by and thought it should be done. The cost was most reasonable and competitive, and the final price was as quoted in the initial contract. I give Chandlers Roofing the highest rating possible, they deserve it. Ed Strobel

Comment: I LOVE Chandler Roofing! Over the years, I had about 6 different roofers out and they dutifully fixed a particular problem. But, the next rainy season, another area would start leaking. I live at the top of Palos Verdes; wind can come from multiple directions causing leaks depending on the wind direction. Finally I found Chandler Roofing. They came out ONE time and fixed my roof ONE time! However, a few years later, a leak was showing through. The owner of Chandler Roofing was shocked that I called - You have the Cadallac of roofs! The problem was NOT the roof, rain was coming in under the 3 chimney caps. Yup, Chandler Roofing again came to my rescue, made new chimney caps and my roof is again leak free
