Comment: This company has installed 4 roofs on my property and rental units.I met Cesar on a couple jobs as I’m a general contractor, and saw his detailed work and pride in completing another good job. Comment: We had to do a full roof replacement this year and California Roof Depot was very responsive and was able to get this done for us in a timely manner. Cesar was very kind and explained everything to my husband and gave us a fair and honest quote for work to be done. When it came time to replace the roof it was very windy and the people working on the roof flagged my neighbor down and let her know some debris flew into her backyard and they would be happy to clean it up for her. The fact that they did this was extremely respectable and I appreciate the respect they gave us and our neighbors. And when they were done the did a thorough job cleaning up everything.

Comment: I needed a new roof and obtained more than ten estimates before deciding to use California Roof Depot. Cesar was very responsive and carefully explained everything to me in a manner that was easy to understand. There was also dry rot damage and he was accurate at what the repair cost would be (a lot of the companies bidding would use the caveat that the costs couldnt be determined until the initial tear-off and when I asked for an estimate they all came in with a guess that was higher than what Cesar quoted). I was also impressed that their contract was easy to understand, straight-forward, and didnt contain a lot of small print that requires a law degree to fully understand.Cesar and his crew did a fantastic job and the roof looks fantastic. In fact, just yesterday a neighbor approached me and wanted to get Cesars information because he wants to get a new roof. The roof was completed quickly and no mess was left behind. Cesar is also backed up by Stella his wife who made sure that all the required paperwork was complete and I am confident that everything was done up to code and that all the regulatory issues that California is famous for were complied with.In closing, I am very happy with what I got (value for the money) and would highly recommend California Roof Depot to anyone needing a new roof.
