After Hillary hit last weekend I had some concerns, the office staff called me based off an email I sent and had someone out the same day to look at the issue. A solution was found (and I think the issue may have been my fault, but that was never mentioned), and fixed by the next day. This company is amazing and I would use them again without question! Comment: After installing our patio covers, I wanted to get screens to have options to enclose the patio on certain evenings.I ordered the screens in December 2022 and they mentioned it would be two months to construct them. I then contacted them in Feb 2023 for an install date. There was a mix up and somehow, the order was lost. The process had to start all over. It was May 2023 before the screens were installed, but once they were finished, I couldnt be happier with the results 😀. Its as if I added a new room to my house. I love my new space!

He worked very carefully and patiently to get the door operating correctly. He had to lay on the ground and climb a ladder to the top of the door numerous times to adjust it. He was personable, on time, neat and diligent in making it right. He also made a small adjustment to another sliding screen door, all at a reasonable price. You cant tell that we have covered gutters on our house. This saved us a few days ago when we used to have flooding and water near our foundation, we had none!!! It was so AWESOMEST. From the inspection and quote given to us by Cameron (very reasonable) to the site inspection by James prior to the work being done to the scheduling and follow-up by support staff Jackie - all of it was flawless. Our cover is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Budget-wise, we certainly had no intention of replacing our 30-year-old patio cover 10 days before Christmas but my husband happened to look up one day when we were outside and noticed that the cover was coming down whether we were ready for it or not! Bakersfield Patio quickly scheduled a tear-down of the old cover because it was a safety hazard and had their contractors replace and paint the rotted fascia board on the patio side of the house. Installation was perfect, mess free, and the two gentlemen who installed our cover obviously knew what they were doing. We definitely recommend them and plan to call them to replace our rain gutters and, in the spring, replace our solar window shades. Very happy!

He explained the warranty on the patio covers, which the warranty is excellent. Cameron made sure I was choosing the patio cover I would love and be happy with in the long run. The workers did an amazing job getting through job done in two days and its looks great. I highly recommend Bakersfield Patio to others. They have a better warranty then most patio covers and they will help get the patio cover you will enjoy.
