Comment: We had some severe staining on one exterior wall of our home. We had a few roofing companies come out to view and provide us with their opinion and estimate of what was going on with our roof. Avalon was above the rest in timeliness (responsiveness to questions, coming out to our home to provide an eyes-on opinion, etc.) as well as their very competitive rates. Now add in the exceptional service and professionalism of the staff and we were very pleased with their service. Would highly recommend for any roofing repair. We got clear updates on the timing as we approached the installation date and then the replacement of some boards as they were working. Comment: I have never seen roof work like this before. The company as a whole were great to work with, starting with Jerry, (who Im sure I drove nuts with many, many questions), to the crew leader and his team of guys who were all over the roof, (pulling up the old, placing new sheets of plywood, and the rest), like they were walking on the flat earth. They not only removed, cleaned up, installed new roof and vents, but I then asked my old gutters/downspouts come off, and new ones placed. Which they did. I consider myself very fortunate to have met and subsequently joined these roofers in Manteca.

Its nice to work with the true professional whos honest does whats expected and is very organized and neat and clean. I live in 55 plus community in Sonora and there was no problem with any of his understanding of the HOAs that he had to work under.
