Comment: I had leak issues from my room that I found out about because of the huge water stains in my ceiling. I was stressed out about any issue dealing with a roof. I called Atlas Roofing and Andea and Jesse the office staff had top notch customer service which made me feel very comfortable. Definitely 10 stars for them. They contacted a Project Manager named Din and he came out the same day to give me a free quote. He was very informative, helpful, polite and respectful. Which definitely made the process smooth. The job was completed in a timely efficient manner. The workers were polite, professional, and left the jobsite clean. I was given updates and kept in the loop throughout the whole process by Din. Din went above what was necessary to keep me happy.

Comment: Atlas Roofing recently finished a reroofing project for me. I was very impressed by their work. The two-story house has a high roof in very steep slope with skylights on top. Jack came to look at the roof and explained to me in detail the pros and cons of using different materials. In order to find out the exact size of the skylights, he and a worker went up to the top to measure the dimensions and Andrea of the front desk placed the order ahead of time to make sure special skylight arrived prior to start of construction. Jose and his crew did a good job and finished the project on schedule as promised. Andrea was very friendly and efficient. Another thing that I like is Jack was always available to communicate and answered any questions that I had, he is very professional, efficient and responsive. Overall, this company does very good work. I did not know them before my project, but I am very happy about my choice, I highly recommend them. You can’t go wrong with Atlas Roofing.

Comment: I want to make sure that Ami gets his credit on handling my roof leaking problem. He is professional, funny, honest and responsible from day one when he came to give us the estimation until the entire project finished. This is the second time I ask them to take care of my roof. First time was a partial fix and this time is a complete roof replacement. His team is efficient and finished in 3 days for the whole roof! I had a chance to walk my roof with Ami to see the work done. Very satisfied, now it will last for another 30 years. I highly recommend Atlas Roofing for their professional work.

Comment: The representative Jack came out quickly and provided a professional and competitive bid on a new house and garage roof. He explained, in detail, what they would do, the materials they would be using, the price and the time needed to complete the job. They said it would take a week, depending on inspections and permits. They started on a Monday and completed the job with the final inspection on Friday. Their teams were very professional and courteous. They did a great job Thank you. I would recommend them.

We needed an emergency job in a weeks notice after receiving a cancellation of insurance notice on our 4 Plex because of shingle and fascia boards needing replacement. Berry gave me a quote over the phone, came the next day......and without changing the price.....he added several extra things. He cares about his customers and has integrity. And he has an excellent team because of it. I will go back and also recommend to anyone.

Comment: Atlas roofing replaced the roof on my house and garage in Oakland hills - they were the only contractor that would do the job for a decent price, due to the steep slope and distance to the house from the street. During the old roof demo, they found substandard moisture barrier and insulation. Adam, the project manager, made a great recommendation to install foam board and OSB before replacing the underlayment and shingles. This added some time and cost, but the new roof is definitely better sealed and insulated. We could tell right away as the house temperature is more stable and we cannot hear airplanes overhead.

I am here to say that after interviewing 7 different roofing companies I found, through a recommendation from a neighbor, the angels of the roofing world--Atlas Roofing. Berry, the owner, presented me with a very detailed, professional, and the most reasonable estimate, spelling out every detail of what would be done and how much it would be. The final tally upon completion of the work was exactly, to the penny, what was stated in the original estimate, and the work was completed one day ahead of schedule! The roofers were a joy to have and worked efficiently and neatly, cleaning up at the end of each day. The tile trim is nothing short of artwork.In this day of slam, bam, and not even a thank you, maam, it is heartening to find a company with such integrity and pride in their work. Comment: I noticed some roof damage, like an animal had torn up some shingles, and called multiple roofing companies the next morning for estimates. Berry answered my call and set up an inspection for an hour later. He diagnosed it as wind damage and since his quote was in line with other companies, I went with Atlas and a repair crew came out 2 days later and quickly got the roof back to as good as new. Extremely responsive company and easy to work with.

Berry the owner was a straight shooter and beat everyone’s price while using the same quality material as other companies who quoted ridiculous prices. He was honest and upfront and took care of the entire project from beginning to end. His employees were professional and definitely knew what they were doing. His project manager, David, was also very responsive to my needs and both he and Berry were available by text or call if needed. Berry’s contract was all handled electronically and spelled out everything perfectly with no BS hidden costs or surprises. The project went off without a single delay and the permit and inspections were all handled by him and his staff. My roof and home now look incredible and worth every penny I invested.
