Comment: We have hired At Last Roof Repair to in install new gutters and replace our windows. From the first meeting to get our estimate all the way through to the final I installation, everyone we worked with was friendly and did exactly what they told us they would (Julian above all with the best customer’s service skills). They installed new gutters and new windows throughout my home. They are absolutely beautiful and what a value! The teams who installed were very professional and friendly. They did such a great job. I would definitely recommend At Last Roof Repair to all my friends and family.

Comment: I called At Last Roof Repair because my gutter was beginning to separate from my house. It had been raining for the past few days and there was rain in the forecast for pretty much the rest of the week. Personally as a homeowner in San Francisco, I would call that an emergency situation. Ramon from At Last Roof Repair was super nice and helpful in setting up my appointment for someone to come out to look at it. He personally came out to check on the situation and knew exactly how to handle it. He was very clear and knowledgeable when explaining the issue and different solutions to me. After we decided on the solution and hung up the phone, he called right back about five minutes later. Someone had cancelled and he had a free afternoon to fix my gutters! I know that doesn’t happen in every case, but I appreciated that Ramon was willing to get the job done immediately. He drew up the contract and went to work. A job that would normally take around a week and a half from start to finish, took one and half day. I got to give Ramon the credit for that.The staff members at At Last Roof Repair are professional, friendly, courteous, and understanding. They also did not try to sell me things or services that I didn’t need. I’m very pleased with the work that has been done and I would definitely recommend At Last Roof Repair to everyone I know.

Comment: I think they did a beautiful job with the repairs and would be glad to have them in the future if anything else happens. Had to make sure all the leaks were fixed and needed a reasonably priced professional company here to do the job. Glad At Last Roof Repair were able to answer the call.

Comment: I contacted At Last Roof Repair after reading very favorable ratings online, and people are right! Not for nothing all the 5 stars reviews. They are really something else. Jerome came on time with a mask, very courteous and professional, and diagnosed that the roof leak we thought we have was actually not from the roof, but from cracks near the base of the chimney. He took pictures and emailed us. He did not charge for our diagnostics. I definitely know whom to call the next time we have a roof problem! So if you want honesty and people that respect your time, call At Last Roof Repair.

Comment: Rare honest people. After heavy rain we noticed leaks in both our garage and living room. Contacted a few companies in San Francisco and At Last Roof Repair was the most responsive so had them come check out the issue. Bob gave a full inspection, showed and explained all the issues to me, gave me a full education on what was going on at no charge. Due to the style of my roof Bob referred me to another company which I appreciated. Thanks to Bob for giving me the knowledge and info I needed to be prepared to understand and solve the problem. Comment: When I set out to reroof my home, At Last Roof Repair was the last of three roofing bids. At Last Roof Repair’s bid was the highest, but I was impressed with Juan’s knowledge, manner and responsiveness. Bottom line, I came away feeling more confidence working with this company and went with the higher bid. Communication with At Last Roof Repair has been great. They started when they said they would, the price was just as they said it would be, no big surprises. Juan was a joy to work with. I truly appreciate the pictures and information about my roof when the work was in process. My roof looks great. Comment: Leon was responsive, professional, and thoughtful with all of our communication throughout the quote process for our roof replacement. His follow up was superb and he patiently answered any question we had no matter how many times we asked. And after working with AT Last Roof Repair, we would certainly recommend them if you are after a contractor in Daly City that install new roofs.
