Upon calling to inquire about services, Christine was extremely efficient and was able to schedule an appointment for a free roof estimate all within 48 hrs and provided great follow-up!Jordan and Deem were sent out for the estimate and were prompt, courteous and very professional! All roof options were explained well by Jordan after he flew a drone above my home and went up onto the roof to inspect.Also, I was extremely thankful and impressed as Jordan and Deem discovered a very bad spot on the edge of the home. They kindly took time to quickly cover and tape the area with a tarp to help prevent further damage until a new roof installation could be done since rain was on the way! Comment: Matthew and his team put a new roof on our house recently. The entire experience from scoping the project to completion and cleanup was fantastic. They went above and beyond and added updates to flashing, vents chimneys, replaced sections of gutter guard and a reinforcement layer of weatherproofing where solar will go. Honest good work, I highly recommend. Also, we noticed instant temperature control in the home after the new roof. It stays so much warmer now! Our roof was 30 years old and starting to leak, no wonder all the heat was escaping. We waited too long!

Comment: I got 6 different estimates. I had never dealt with a contractor before. Guy Israel was very professional and addressed my questions and concerns He explained the process simply and clearly with great pictures of each step of the job. Gave me a written estimate immediately and wasn’t pushy about the time I needed to decide. The price was fair the work was good and it was done quickly.

Comment: High quality work and the team was easy to work with. Price was somewhere in the middle of a few quotes I received for the job. Matthew was responsive and a man of his word. Before quoting, they identified a rotted out part of the chimney which the other contractor ignored or didnt notice. Then they rebuilt and repainted the rotted part and installed a rain diverter, still coming in on budget. There is no way I would have figured that out without their guidance and same rot would have happened years down the line. Only fault I can think of is that they didnt identify that my underlying plywood was too thin at the edges for the nails so I had a $1200 add-on when I opted for thicker felt. Other than that, a very good experience. I recommend these guys.

Guy is a very calm and Knowledgeable person. He explained the whole process in detail with a lot of patience. He was always available and maintained great communication with us. Everything went as per our initial agreement and there were no surprises and no hidden costs during the work. Comment: Apollo Roofing goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. We had a leak coming from the roof in the garage and the technician, Naday, came to inspect the roof. He provided a courtesy fix of the issue, which entailed cleaning out debris and mud build up in the valleys and gutters, and ran water on the roof for several minutes to ensure that the problem was addressed. Nadays service compares to the three other roofing estimates I received that all wanted to rip, resolve, and replace the shingles where the leak occurred and would have cost $1500-3000. I HIGHLY recommend Apollo Roofing and intend to use them when it comes time to fully replace my entire roof.

Comment: We contacted the company on a Wednesday and on Thursday morning they arrived, and due to the heavy rain, tarped the roof and secured tightly to stop the leaks until the rain subsides and repairs could be made.They showed up 10 minutes early, reviewed and let us know where all the leaks were, were very polite and a crew was there within two hours of the inspection to tarp the roof. The owner followed up the service with a phone call as well as the secretary followed up. They provided a professional service.

Comment: Apollo roofing was awesome! We have a flat roof that had multiple leaks and water ponding and drainage issues. Simon and his crew meticulously assessed the numerous issues and designed a plan to fix them. He not only considered the obvious problem with the roof coating but designed a solution for the standing water as well. He reassessed areas that needed more work as the job progressed and was excellent about communicating the issues and proposed fix. Miguel his crew supervisor was on site everyday and was extremely knowledgeable. Apollo used quality material but despite this tried to keep costs reasonable when there were cheaper options available. Simon even paid for additional material and labor without passing the cost to us. We have used several roofers in the past and Apollo is so much better than any of them. We received several quotes for this job and Apollo was very competitive in their bid price and in addition it was clear they were very honest and thorough. We are so glad we choose them for our roof. I am certain we will not have a problem with the roof for decades but if we do I am confident Simon and his crew will fix it.

Comment: We interviewed 12 different bay area roofers. Of those, only 3 were still in the running after interviews, pricing, and general evaluation of their professionalism. Of those three, one turned out to be a massive liability risk, and the other raised his price after complementing the area we lived in. Apollo was the only candidate that gave us fair pricing, fair contract terms, were fast, and were professional. We will definitely be using them for any additional renovations to the house in the future.

Comment: I am so happy with my decision to use Apollo Roofing Company. I needed to completely reroof our ADU as the roof was clearly old and deteriorating. I got several quotes and had other roofers inspect the project. Apollo was the only company that noticed that the pitch of the roof on one side wasnt amenable to shingles and if we used them, Id likely damage the roof with pooling water. Instead they used something called torch down. Later the inspector told me were lucky we did that otherwise we would have failed the inspection!Nadav at Apollo was a true partner throughout the process. He inspected the roof, walked me through the quote, answered all of my questions and better yet - followed up after the first rain (even though the project was complete and paid for) to make sure I was happy with the job. He handled the permit process quickly and properly. Nadav was always there to answer my questions and made me feel like a valued customer in every interaction we had. They were transparent and fair in their pricing and finished what most roofers said would be a 3 day job in 1 day. I will be recommending them my friends in the bay area.

Comment: Had the company remove my old, dying roof and replace with new asphalt shingles. I was concerned with maximizing the energy efficiency of my house, so the company invited me to select the brand of my choice, including their high solar reflectivity line. There was no up-charge for this selection. My rep, Simon, was very helpful in planning to improve the ventilation of my attic, and when during the installation of my new roof and vents I discovered my attic vent fan was inoperable, they installed a solar powered vent I purchased for a minimum charge. Likewise, when I decided during the work to install a skylight, Simon accommodated my request at a reasonable cost. All in all, working with Simon and company was cordial and straightforward. My new roof looks great and of high quality.
