Comment: I have a 1200 square foot flat garage roof, which became a lake when it rained, leaking worse every year.The roofer suggested building a slightly angled roof, so that rain would run off easily.This was done in just a few days, using good grades of lumber and plywood for the job.Many years of problems would have been solved if it had been originally built this way. He attended to details like paint and stucco touch-up, making a special trip to a hardware store with a sample piece to have them match the color, and it looks great.Im pleased with the result so far, and looking forward to the next big rain, to test it out.

Comment: Alex and his team were quick to respond to my roof’s recent wind damage. They repaired the torn sections of plywood and replaced the entire balcony roof with a torch down process. Comment: Although we dont get much rain in the San Fernando Valley, for years my family and I experienced leaks in several areas inside our home, which were beginning to cause damage to the interior. Upon our inspection, we discovered that the predominantly flat roof of our modestly sized old home was already in need of a new roof.After several estimates (many of them well over our budget), Anytime Roofing was by far the most impressive and reasonably priced roofing company we had the pleasure of working with. From the initial listing visit to the final inspection, Isaac was overwhelmingly professional, respectful, and made sure we were well informed about scheduling and updates. He also made it a point to be very thorough in his initial inspection to ensure that there would be no surprise costs mid-construction and that the agreed cost was firm.Anytime Roofing also has a very thorough and hardworking team that was able to remove the old layers of shingles from our roof, replace them with polyfresco, add gutters, all in one week! My family and I were very relieved to stay within budget for our new, beautiful, leak-proof roof and it was a plus to work with someone as kind and wonderful as Alex. The work entailed removing exisisting roof shingles, old felt underlayment, old nail removal, remove old solar pool heater on top of the roof, then reshingled roof w/ Duration Cool Owens Corning shingles, and roll shingle (the kind that need to be torched down) on a flat patio cover, in addition to install of 5 temp controlled attick fans PLUS the installation of tubular skylights. His prices are great. But more importantly his work quality I was very happy with. He did not cut corners, not even in materials. Him and his crew are very hard workers, polite, and nice people.Since DM does more than roofing I will be going to Alex and his crew to do more work in the future because of his work ethic, good prices, and quality of work and materials. Comment: After disappointing contacts with several construction groups, I spoke with Alex who had promptly returned my call. He gave me an estimate and a start date. When he had some spare time, he called to ask if I was available to move up the time to do the job.The project was to install two recessed medicine cabinets. He protected the work area with plastic and set up all his tools. Much to my chagrin, there was a pipe in the area where one cabinet was to be installed. He calmly and expertly cut the pipe, added elbows, sealed all joints and redirected the pipe so that the cabinet could be installed. He worked hard without complaint and did a great job.I feel confident in hiring him for all my future construction needs and would recommend him to anyone who is contemplating similar work.I am adding to my review because I continue to have confidence in this company. The week after the cabinet installation, I had the exterior of my house painted. I am thrilled with the final product.Alex is extremely conscientious and gives attention to detail. The paint makeover not only improved the appearance of my home, but it was a pleasure to see how much care was given to doing the job correctly. I am impressed with the quality and commitment of the work provided.As I purchased a home that needed some TLC, I worked with several companies that lead to incredible frustration for the lack of professionalism.
