I got my quote within a day and the price was reasonable comparing with my other 5 quotes. Comment: I am deeply grateful to Shawn, Geovany and the wonderful workers in American Roofing Pro, who literally rescued my house roof from severe ruins by the former roofer, who began to work on my roof on Jan. 7 but stopped working on it on Jan. 13, 2022. Worse still, the former roofer left half of the plywood panels on my roof exposed to open air - and to heavy showers on Jan. 15 and then a major rain fall on Jan. 17, 2022, which resulted in multiple rain water leaks through the thin plywood panels into my house, causing water damages in my living room, family room, office, air vent, master bedroom and garage, and left us in deep panic, calling for emergency help from other roofing companies, after we failed to reach the former roofer with repeated phone calls and text messages well before the rain falls.Several roofing companies came to inspect the mess on our roof but shook their heads and left because they could not solve the problems on our roof. When I called American Roofing Company, Shawn arranged to come to inspect my roof on the next morning and he demonstrated great sympathy and understanding of the severity of damages done by our former roofer. Fortunately, American Roofing Pro took up my roofing project right away and began their rescue work on my roof the next day! They cleaned up the mess left by the former roofer, repaired the damages, replaced everything underneath the tiles with brand new materials, and reroof the entire roof (the house has over 2,400 square feet) in ten days! To their credits, when the American Roofing Pro workers removed every tile and underlayment on the roof, they discovered that the former roofer failed to remove many old underlayment and did poor work in other areas. As a result, the American Roofing Pro workers had to do more work on this damaged roof than they would usually do on a normal roof, due to the negligence and damages caused by the former roofer.The American Roofing Pro managers, supervisors and workers did magical work on my roof, as you can see from the photos below that showed a sharp contrast between the miserable look of my roof (with black plastics covering the exposed plywood panels, which were already damaged by heavy showers and rain falls on Jan. 15 & 17 due to the negligence of the former roofer) and the beautiful, brand new look of my roof upon the completion of American Roofing Companys work (thanks to Shawns smart drone camera that took photos on my roof before and after their work)! Geovany picked all the replacement materials with the best color and quality and the workers did the most amazing job in constructing a beautiful new roof on my house, which is now the best looking roof in my whole community! Shawn got the city permit quickly and answered all my questions with patience. Geovany sent me all the necessary information including graphics to explain new roofing regulations. The workers were well trained and highly efficient in doing high quality work on the roof.I would highly recommend American Roofing Pro to anyone who needs to have professional and beautiful work done on their roof, either partially or entirely! You will not be disappointed, believe me!

Comment: First and foremost they did a great job on my roof. Take my word for this. You will never regret that you hire them. The construction cost is very reasonable, and really cheap compare to other contractors that check my roof. This guys are really professional, they are not the same kind of contractors that I met before that they will chat with you and told you nonsense things that has no relation to the job, just to get your approval. This company is direct, to the point, no chit-chat they went to our house . Ask permission to measure the roof, and when done they told us to wait for their email to see the estimated cost of the job if granted to them. And also the workers are always early at work . Im very fortunate to have there service.

Comment: American Roofing Pro re-roofed my house last month. I was referred to them via the company representative that re-insulated my attic. They were great - Shown was very responsive and worked to a tight deadline between the rain - very important for us as we had active leaking going on! I got a number of estimates from different companies - ARP were very competitive to others. They did a great job, turned up when they said they were going to, the crew was very hard-working, they completed all the work to a high standard, and finished when they said they were going to finish. Couldnt ask for more! When we had a blip in our tight timetable due to the roofing material being delivered late and by an unhelpful crew (not ARP), Shown personally helped to deal with the material supplier and sort things out satisfactorily.

Comment: This is the best roofing company around! Theyve been in business for a long time. The work was being done on my parents house so it was very important we picked the right company. We got a few estimates but nothing compared to the options, information and price Shown gave us. They showed up on time everyday and have great customer service. They installed our tile roof a few months ago and are so happy with everything. I highly recommend them,

Comment: Needed our roof completely replaced and called American Roofing Pro. Dont hesitate -- fantastic experience overall.Before starting, we got 5 different quotes. American Roofing Pro was the first quote we got because Shawn called back quickly and came over the next day to take measurements. He did a great job communicating and explaining everything we needed done and didnt nickel and dime you (such as charging per layer removal). Cant say that for the other quotes I got -- American Roofing Pro ended up being the lowest quote by far for a company that is bonded and insured. Should have stopped our search earlier!During the job, the guys who were working on the house were so nice and respectful, always cleaned up after each day. We also requested they install a skylight in one of our bathrooms and they were able to completely install it for a small fee.Overall this was one of the first major repairs we did on our house and didnt know what to expect. Glad we called American Roofing Pro. Thank you Shawn & team!
