Comment: Steve is the roofer to go to for an honest estimate. In fact, he told us that we didnt need a new roof - which we had planned to replace before installing solar. We had a 50 year roof that is almost 19 years old and a 50-year roof warranty, so if we had installed the 30-year roof, we would have had a roof with a warranty that was one year shorter than our current one! Weve had several quotes and no one else told us to check our paperwork to see what what done. Steve also pointed out some structural issues that needed repair - even though he recommended a general contractor for that work. I think that Accurate Roofing will give you a lot of value whenever you need a new roof, and I wont hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Comment: Had a roof replacement done a week ago by Accurate Roofing Solutions, and we are happy with the new roof.Steve sent me a detailed quote along with expiations about any extra costs could be depending on how much rotted wood underneath our existing tile. During the three days roofing replacing, Steve sent me lots of pictures about the wood replacement area and kept me updated about the progress of the job.After the roof replacement completed, his team helped my tenants cleaned the debris in the garage. Comment: Ever had a great experience with a roofer?Well you can now! I interviewed four roofers for our much needed condo roof. You can really tell a lot about a guy by the size of his tape measure.I met with Steve and he got right to work measuring and explaining the procedure for our style of roofing. Technology has changed since the last roof was put on some 50 years ago.Steve was the only contractor that included the stairwell and elevator roofs. I later had to ask the other bidders to add that in. He also pointed out what we might expect once the old roof was ripped up.His bid was very detailed. Explaining what any extra costs could be depending on how much rotted wood. His time frame was also the best. Other roofers were saying next year.He went over all the details of what to expect. What inconveniences the tenants should expect.
