Comment: I had a difficult roofing situation as they had to remove 2 roofs and add new plywood over the entire house and garage. (Plywood wasnt required when the house was originally built.)The workers were on time every morning, worked all day every day except Sunday, and cleaned up each night before they left.There were a few minor problems, but the manager or owner responded immediately and went out of their way to resolve all my concerns.The final roof looks GREAT and the final total cost was less than the other quotes I got!

Comment: Good company to hire and work with, they did roof replacement for our building in 2017. Organized, punctual and precise, Art is a great leader for his crew, he was here every day for inspection and walk through with me. We still use them for other jobs and inspections.

Comment: 6 unit HOA needed a complete roofing replacement/repair. Mediterranean-styled roof. Our place was 3 stories high. They kept us apprised the whole time when they needed to order replacement plywood, wood sheets and tiles. We had old wood rot from water damage over several units, which coincided with previous water leaks. They were very straightforward. Their technique was a better way to seal the roof. The only hiccup, which wasnt because of the company, was having a full crew of workers each day. No surprise with this labor market. There might have been some other HOAs that might have been impatient with the extended timeline, but we all appreciated the fact, that the workers did not rush and they did the job correctly. The site manager, Art Mendoza was very professional and I could reach him or he would promptly get back to me. They did a great job keeping the areas clean as much as possible. We were still able to access our garages with our cars, and they worked with all of us to let us in and out in a manageable way.

Comment: They did a roof repair at our main warehouse we had had several leaks from all the rains in January and February. Art who came out and gave us the quote was upfront and told exactly why need to be repaired hey screw then came a week later did the repair in three days and everything now is drum tight. Very professional left no message behind and answered all the questions we asked while they were doing the work. I highly recommend this company for your company and also for your personal home since they just get a quote to do a new roof on my residence

Comment: Mr. Art M. respond my call very fast , also schedule to finish job very fast too. I been ask some other repair company to estimate, cause of my roof attached to patio , they all said thats hard to do , needs such amount of money to repair it, but Accurate Roofing gave me a very reasonable price .
