Comment: We hired 800 Remodeling after meeting with Elad who was a pleasure to deal with. They replaced our 25+ year old roof. The team went above and beyond what we thought we needed and replaced quite a bit of damaged wood before installing the white shingles we chose. We asked them to wait until we completed painting the house and trim before they came back and installed the new seamless rain gutters. We are so happy with the results and have even experienced a reduction of energy used due to the energy efficiency of the white roof. I would highly recommend this company with any home project. We will be calling them with future projects.

We are happy with the end result.Our front yard looks so spacious now! The new pavement and turf definitely show how your company takes pride in satisfying their clients.The new gate also turned out great!800 Remodeling is second to none - which is why we called them again to help with additional services when the recent severe rainstorm in 2023 damaged our ADU. The ADU damage was assessed by Allen; we also needed some work done with our patio and asked for help installing a carport. We commend Allen and his crew with their professionalism, organization, and cleanliness. They are always friendly, as well as, engaging in whatever task is handed to them. Comment: I met with the owner of this company to get a new roof done on a property me and my cousin got. After meeting with Elad the owner he was very nice and professional with us , we understood he has been doing this for a very long time and we decided to go with his company.His company price was pretty fair compared to others we met with.I personally waited till the job was done to give them my review and recommendation cause I’ve had past contractors that I wasn’t satisfied with them many years ago that left me with a bad experience. So I think it’s super important to find someone that looks like a good loyal person that knows what they are talking about and not just trying to “sell you”.Elad and his team were very professional and they finished the roof in less than a week like was promised to us, we were very satisfied with their team of people .So if ur looking for a roof replacement I highly recommend checking them out .Hope my review will be helpful and saves u time and headaches searching for a good company .

Comment: I just want to say I am very happy with the work these guys did! I had them remove the old carpet and put in new woodflooring. Coming from my dad having a construction background I can tell when things are done sloppy so I know they definitely put the time and effort to do it right. Not only were they very nice and understanding they also helped me pick the materials that were in my price range but still had a very classy look to it. Thanks again! Theyre so experienced, intelligent, kind, and thorough in the work they do.Weve had a leak from our upstairs master bathroom for years due to the fact that we went with an unlicensed contractor to remodel our bathroom; that was a mistake on our part since they didnt do a good and thorough job! Since then we dealt with home owners insurance in which they would send us a 2-3 star vendor to assist with the issue but they were horrible in diagnosing the cause and did not offer solutions.Not wanting to make the same mistake again, we searched for licensed professionals.We shopped around for multiple quotes and spoke with various companies in the area - Many were nice, and inexpensive, but lacked experience. Others were too expensive, pushy and arrogant.But what separated both Shane and Carolyn from the rest was their experience coupled with the fact that theyre sincere and honest people, and their price was fair.Shane is a living Encyclopedia who has a wealth of knowledge in this industry and offered great advice and was very thorough and thoughtful in his explanations. Carolyn is very knowledgeable in terms of design and general aesthetics, and has a great vision into what a finished product can look like in any scenario.Both of them make such a great duo and are very committed to the job.Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, it did not stop them from finishing the job (with proper safety measures) and they kept in touch with us.Bottom line, I would highly recommend these two to anyone!! Our bathroom nightmares are over thanks to them and their crew!

Comment: I want to share some before and after photos of our home. The project and goal was to remove wood rotted fascia and eaves around the house, to remove the cosmetic blocks etc and to repaint all wooded areas afterwards. We decided to go with 800REMODELING for the project and the start to finish timeline was 1 x week. 800REMODELING was very impressive from the first time we called in to schedule a quote, to meeting our main representative for them DAVID, to the crew that performed the job. We were THOUROUGHLY pleased with their professionalism and their attention to detail. My wife and I highly recommend 800REMODELING for anyone looking for a reputable contractor to perform a job such as the one we just had done.

Comment: Shane and Carolyn are the two nicest people I have ever met. We thank God for these wonderful people who have come into our lives to help us and appreciate them beyond words. We would truly recommend them to anyone! We had a flood and insurance only wanted to pay out $2,500 for flooring. Carolyn handled the claim and ended up having insurance cover so much more related to the job that we would never have been able to do ourselves. They took care of mold, replaced all of our kitchen cabinets, new granite counters, upgraded all electrical to code and plumbing at the fixtures for us....all in addition to new floors and new paint. Carolyn handled the claim with the adjustor and we were able to get the bathroom, laundry and kitchen done completely. They also helped us with mold in a second bathroom and put new floors, vanity, toilet and paint. They also ended up helping is afford a new home recipe because our galvanized pipes were so bad and would have caused more future problems. Our home looks brand new!!! Shane worked on our remodeling projects late into the night even after the crews left for the day. You dont find that kind of work ethic anymore. He is very dependable and knows what hes doing. He understands every aspect of the job and is incredibly knowledgeable. He has come to our house to take care of so many things for us even outside of the normal scope of work. They are wonderful people and we will tell all of our friends about this power couple team.

Comment: My contractor Chris is great!!! He is honest, to the point, he really works with you. He does not try to sell you something you dont need, and keeps his word. He also stays in touch throughout the process and makes sure the job is done to your likeing-even if he has to send someone back 10 times-and is right. I had my landscape and house painted (exterior). (The following is the part of my review that I left out because I did not want to offend, but I think it best to give a thorough review)The four stars are because of the employees/workers.The landscape (turf laid front/side/back yard with pavers) work in back yard was rushed and there was alot of turf that was not tacked down. They had to come back on two seperate occations after completion, and the workers found more sections themsleves (I did not notice) that were not tacked down. It took twice as long for the prep work for paint to be completed and there were still major issues concerning prep to be done on paint day. So the painter spent about 4 hrs fixing them before painting. Mind you the house was worked on for 5 days (yes 5 more outside of the inital 2 day) and it did not have major issues but, because of lackadaisicalness (not filling cracks, trying to skirt properly tending to house base stucco, not intending on properly removing chipping wood on under eves...) and for some (in my opinion) no self pride in the work they were doing to represent themself and the company, it took this long. It became overwhelming for me, that I even did some prep work (on day 4) when they left for the day to expedite the process. There are still some obviouse issues, but I was so over it, I just wanted them done and gone. I would most enjoy working with my contractor again, but because of his employees, I am strongly deterred. After all being said and done I am happy with the results. The landscape is awesome and I am googely eyed over the paint (color combination I chose).

Louis, the sales managers is very professional. He was prompt for free estimate appointment and not pushy at all. We told him we had other contractors to come by and he was like, I get it, smart to get as many estimates as possible before getting a job done - this did not go unnoticed. Prices were good, as a matter of fact took $500 off for beginning early. Said job would take 12 days, and that is what it took.
