Comment: With all the rains we had this year, we had some water damage that seeped through our roof and into a closet in our home office. We have a flat roof and due to a draining issue the water pooled and eventually came through to the inside. 770 Construction did a fantastic job fixing the problem. Very responsive and professional. When they did the work I was pleasantly surprised at how clean everything was. The guys not only did fantastic work but they were so thorough with making sure they left the space as clean as it was when they found it. That really, next to never happens when you have repairs done. It was greatly appreciated. It would absolutely use 770 construction again. I have plans for a kitchen remodel in the future. I look forward to working with 770 construction again.

Comment: We used 770 Construction to build out our deck replacement and roofing remodelling practice. I highly recommend them. The quality is excellent. We really have different friends that have used them and you can just tell a difference in the quality and design features compared to other contractors. They were very reasonably priced. Any issues that we ran into during the process got resolved. Ron is very trustworthy and just a genuinely nice person overall, we really enjoyed working with them. They were also very quick! They told us a timeline at the start and were spot on with the finishing date. You won’t be disappointed using 770 Construction!!

It was a complicated project and the Ron was able to give me a great offer after we discussed my budget. The staff handled it perfectly from the design all the way through to completeness. We also had electrical work done and new recessed lights put in. All the workers were friendly and respectful of my home and did a fantastic job. Comment: I cannot believe how satisfied I have been with this company! I assumed the process of creating a laundry space, and redoing my backyard would come with some hiccups, setbacks or complications. I literally had NOT ONE ISSUE during the entire process. Ron came and saw my space, had people in, WORKING the next day, and construction was done by the end of the week! Prices were very reasonable, I would even consider on the lower end. And everything came out wonderfully. Ron is a sweetheart, and he brings in professionals as needed. I couldnt be happier, and I will be going to them for every single project I have in the future!! Comment: Thank you 770 construction for support in a very complex project!We like to share our beautiful experience that we have on our new kitchen remodeling project and some renovation in the back side of our house including new additions of 680 sqft and new roof installation. We believe in quality along with reasonable prices and Quality of service. That’s what we got from 770 construction. We are very happy from the results and the time consider that has been invested by the owner him self.He came to our house numerous times and put his personal ideas and experience as we expected and give us the confidence during of two and Half month of project.He also took care of few very important things!1. Time line,2. Stages of payments as promised3. Taking car of our furnitures and put all in outside storage.4. Got a portable toilet for the workers.5. Make sure that workers clean the job site every day and hauling all the debris.6. Make sure his guys are wearing all protected clothing as needed by the code.7. Have beside him a person that was supervise the job.8. And the most important thing, take care of our dog pets (John and rainbow) by sharing with us the expanses For the dogs hotel for Most of the time that this is really suppressed us as a family.9. We also want to say some good things about the design lady that was available all the time for questions including after hours.10.
